The Rossmoor Homeowners Association is
a non-profit organization which has served the unincorporated
community of Rossmoor for nearly 50 years. The RHA
is a wholly volunteer organization dedicated to preserving
and enhancing the special quality of life in our community. We
have provided a lot of information on this website about
our community, the RHA and our activities. Thank you

OCLAFCO Extension of Comment Dates for Rossmoor Comprehensive Fiscal Analysis

Please be advised that the 30-day comment period on the Public Review Draft of the Rossmoor Comprehensive Fiscal Analysis, originally set to close on March 26, 2008, has been extended by 14 days to Friday, April 11, 2008. All comments received by April 11, 2008 will be included in the Final CFA report along with responses prepared by LAFCO staff and our fiscal consultant.
As with all LAFCO-related projects, we will continue to accept comments up to one-week prior to LAFCO’s consideration of the incorporation proposal (scheduled for June 18, 2008). Those comments will be a part of the official record, but will not be included in the final CFA report.

The RPC gathered over 2,400 signatures on the Petition, or more than 30% of Rossmoor registered voters. The RCSD has now submitted its application to OC LAFCO to commence the process to get the Comprehensive Fiscal Analysis completed and get the issue of Rossmoor cityhood on the ballot.
