Rossmoor Neighborhood Watch
The Rossmoor Neighborhood Watch program has just kicked off and we need you. We have brought neighborhood watch into the 21st century by using email and the internet to keep our community informed and prepared. We have sectioned Rossmoor into blocks and we have 27 of the 41 blocks covered with Block Captains. These Block Captains disperse the latest information on current crime and crime prevention to their blocks using email or in person if necessary.
